Andre Branch, DE Clemson

Branch has everything needed to be a successful DE in the NFl. he posses great strength, height and physical attributes. He has a quick first step and good burst to get around and close to the ball. Due to him having good size 6'5 270lbs he has the potential to be a star at DE at the next level. The way in which Branch makes use of his hands allows him to play both the pass and run. Doing this allows to control the offensive lineman and disengage if needed.

He has a good nose for the ball which is helped by the way he creates space by locking out blockers. Branch brings a lot of upsides going into the draft. But like every player he has areas he can improve to become the complete player. He needs to develop more pass rushing techniques whether it be a spin move as at times he can become predictable. Going into the draft Branch has shown he can do it all. On the season he has 10.5 sacks along with 73 tackles. His stock will continue to rise. On Draft day he would be a solid 1st round pick potentially a top 15 pick falling at worst into the top part of the 2nd.
