Mohamed Sanu, WR Rutgers

Sanu, a 3 year starter for Rutgers is the go to guy in Rutger passing attack. Sanu is the only bright spark in their passing game being their only true threat. He ended the 2011/12 season with 109 receptions for 1144 yards and 7 touchdowns. Those number accounting for nearly half of Rutgers passing yards. Sanu has good height and above par speed. At times he can become lethargic making sloppy plays on the ball and breaking down in his technique. He does show the ability to play the ball at its highest point  making his catches look effortless. One thing that brings him down is the ability to release of press coverage and explode off the line of scrimmage. While a true threat if left in the open he excels in getting yards after catch. Working both the middle and edge of the field. However his blocking is something that will need improving as defenders easily shed his blocks to make plays on the ball. In the 2012 draft Sanu will most likely be a 3rd round pick moving up to a 2nd in the months leading up to it.
