Fleener is one of the many new generation TE's who have size, speed and is a grab receiving threat. He is very strong in the vertical passing game and is one of Lucks top targets in the passing game due to his safe hands. However he struggles at what a traditional TE may not, blocking he finds it hard to get away from the line of scrimmage and use his strength to gain substanial separation. This doesn't impact his game as a former wide receiver he shows what he has learnt and makes some spectacular catches. He will most likely be a 3rd or 4th round pick depending on his production this year.
