Harris had arguablly one of the best seasons in college football during the 2010 season. He was awarded All-American status by several sources and helped his team make it to the National Championship Game. Going into the 2012 draft Harris may be one of the top prospects at the Cornerback position. Harris has the ability to run stride to stride with receivers up the field giving them no edge with his fluid hips he can stick with a receiver all the way. He is a threat whilst the ball is in the air he can adjust his position and make a play, he recorded 23 pass deflections and 6 interceptions last season. However harris is often over powered at the line he only weighs 165lbs meaning that receivers have no problem pushing him out of the way this is also the case when routes are developing. Taking in his weight and strength his speed is a worry he has been officially timed as running a 4.75 40 which for his size and weight is very slow. Overall Harris is a top 10 prospect going into the 2012 draft with his threat as a punt return man teams will be keeping close tabs on him. He must make sure he keeps out of trouble as there is a few character concerns which could drop him down to the 3rd or 4th round. Harris will be a top 10 Cornerback selection getting drafted in the 2nd round.
